3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient notice is provided.

4. Payments

• We accept Zelle, Venmo, credit/debit cards, and cash.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in delivering our services; however:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or the loss of valuable items not properly secured or disclosed.

• Clients are responsible for safeguarding fragile, high-value, or irreplaceable items.

• Standard carrier rates may apply.
